How It Works

A clear, step-by-step process from messy documents to a structured summary you can actually use.

1. Upload your documents

You send us what you have through our secure online form. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOCX and ZIP files. Photos from your phone are fine — they do not need to be perfect.

If you are missing documents, send what you have and tell us in the notes. We will flag anything obviously missing and you can decide what to request from banks, pension providers, or other organisations.

Your documents are stored on our system, not generic cloud storage. Access is limited and everything is handled under UK GDPR in the live system; this static version is for visual testing only.

2. We organise and anonymise

We go through every page, categorise each document, and label it clearly. Where we use AI tools to help extract information, we first anonymise documents so that personal details are protected as far as possible.

Information is only kept for as long as needed to complete your job and meet basic record-keeping obligations. In the live system you can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

3. Research and analysis

For property-related work, we research sold prices and EPC data using official UK government sources. These figures show what similar properties in the area have sold for, and key characteristics such as EPC rating and floor area where available.

These are not professional RICS valuations and are not a substitute for one. They are there to help you understand the picture and prepare for discussions with your solicitor or surveyor.

4. Delivery

We prepare a clear, professionally formatted document that pulls everything together: what documents you have, what they say, and where the gaps are. The format is suitable for sharing with solicitors or other professionals if needed.

We keep in touch by email throughout and you can see high-level progress using your private status link in the live system. If anything changes, you can always send additional documents and we will incorporate them.

Frequently asked questions

Click a question to reveal the answer.
Is this legal advice?
Orgo-Guide is a document administration and research service. We organise, present, and research documents. We do not provide legal, financial, or valuation advice. If you need legal advice, please consult a qualified solicitor.
How do I send my documents?
Securely through our online form. You can upload PDFs, photos from your phone, scanned images, Word documents, or ZIP files. There is no need to organise them first — that is our job.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is within 24 hours from when we receive all relevant documents. Urgent jobs can often be accommodated — mention this when you submit your request and we will confirm what is realistic.
Is my data safe?
Yes. In the live system, your documents are stored securely on our system, not on generic third-party cloud storage. We operate under UK GDPR and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
What if I don't have all my documents?
That is fine. Send us what you have now. We will work with what is available and clearly flag anything that appears to be missing so you can decide what to request from banks, pension providers, or other organisations.
Do you work with solicitors?
Yes. If you are working with a solicitor, we can prepare summaries in a format that is straightforward to share with legal teams. Please mention this when submitting your request so we can structure the output with that in mind.
What does the final document look like?
A professionally formatted document with clearly labelled sections for each document type, any property research, and a summary overview. We can share a redacted example on request — just email us if you would like to see one before committing.
